Why Your Story Matters
- You listen. You hold. You help others make meaning.
- But your own story deserves that same sacred attention.
- This workshop is a pause in the noise—a time to sit in circle with other compassionate professionals and write from the heart of your healing journey.
- When healers write, we remember. We reconnect.
- And we release what no longer serves.
Who This Is For?
This workshop is ideal for:
- Therapists, counselors, coaches, and healing professionals
- Those seeking deeper personal insight and creative renewal
- Anyone curious about how storytelling can be used for emotional healing and transformation
This is more than a writing workshop—it’s a sacred circle of reflection, creativity, and restoration for those who serve, listen, hold space, and guide others.

About Your Guide
Dr. Sabrina N’Diaye is a thought leader in integrating spirituality with psychotherapy. As a therapist, storyteller, and peacebuilder, she blends ancient spiritual practices with the latest scientific research and wisdom to guide others on their healing journeys.
Sabrina holds a PhD in Mind-Body Medicine from Saybrook University, where her research focused on the use of guided imagery as a healing tool for African-American women with chronic STIs. She is also the founder of The Heart Nest Center for Peace and Healing, where she lovingly serves women, couples, and small groups.
A passionate storyteller, Dr. Sabrina is a strong advocate for the power of narrative in the healing process. She has supported countless seekers in shaping their spiritual memoirs into unique works of art.
Some of her forgiveness journey, and those of her clients, are woven into her first book, Big Mama Speaks: Love Lessons from a Harlem River Swan.
