The Forgiveness Path

An In-Person Weekend of Healing and Renewal with Dr. Sabrina N’Diaye

November 7 & 8 at 9AM – 4PM EST

Forgiveness is a bridge. Rooted in every spiritual tradition, it calls us to release what no longer serves, soften what has hardened, and reconnect with the truth of who we are.

More than a concept, forgiveness is a practice—a sacred path toward freedom, wholeness, and healing.

This November, we invite you to journey with us through The Forgiveness Path—a 2-day retreat devoted to restoration, reflection, and release.

Together, we’ll gather to honor the power of forgiveness—not as a quick fix, but as a courageous act of transformation. This retreat is a sanctuary for the tender, unresolved places in your story. It is an invitation to breathe deeply, soften into your truth, and find liberation in letting go.

Whether you’re seeking to make peace with your past, heal a relationship, or forgive yourself, this weekend offers the space, guidance, and community to begin again—with compassion.

Your Weekend Journey Includes:

  • Guided practices to explore the edges of forgiveness in your personal and spiritual life
  • Embodied healing practices—including meditation and mindful movement—to release stored tension and reconnect with inner wisdom
  • Reflective solitude to help you listen more deeply to what’s ready to be forgiven and released
  • Sacred Circles of Sharing, where stories of pain, healing, and transformation are held in compassion
  • Practical tools and rituals for restoring mind, body, and spirit
  • Supportive community committed to self-discovery, healing, and liberation

Registration Includes:

  • Two days of retreat and renewal (note: this is not an overnight experience)
  • Two nourishing meals per day (Organic, Halal, or Kosher options)
  • All materials and resources needed for your journey
  • 12 hours of facilitated guidance (equivalent to six months of psychotherapy)

Who Should Attend:

This retreat is for those who:

  • Feel weighed down by unresolved pain or resentment—toward themselves or others
  • Are ready to reclaim their voice and vitality through the sacred act of forgiveness
  • Seek a safe, nurturing space to process, reflect, and heal
  • Desire to reconnect with their inner wisdom and realign with their spiritual calling
  • Long for meaningful connection and community on the path of renewal

Let this be the moment you choose to lay down the burden, soften into grace, and remember who you truly are.

About Your Guide

Dr. Sabrina N’Diaye is a thought leader in integrating spirituality with psychotherapy. As a therapist, storyteller, and peacebuilder, she blends ancient spiritual practices with the latest scientific research and wisdom to guide others on their healing journeys.

Sabrina holds a PhD in Mind-Body Medicine from Saybrook University, where her research focused on the use of guided imagery as a healing tool for African-American women with chronic STIs. She is also the founder of The Heart Nest Center for Peace and Healing, where she lovingly serves women, couples, and small groups.

A passionate storyteller, Dr. Sabrina is a strong advocate for the power of narrative in the healing process. She has supported countless seekers in shaping their spiritual memoirs into unique works of art.

Some of her forgiveness journey, and those of her clients, are woven into her first book, Big Mama Speaks: Love Lessons from a Harlem River Swan.
