When Women Write
A Weekend of Sacred Truths and Spiritual Memoir
An Online Writing Retreat for Women Ready to Heal, Transform, and Be Heard
Winter invites us inward. As the world grows quiet, we’re given a rare gift—stillness. Space to breathe. Space to feel. Space to finally listen to the stories we’ve been carrying for a long time.
This January, join us online for a weekend of soulful storytelling, personal exploration, and heartfelt connection through the power of spiritual memoir. From the comfort of your own home, you’ll write in the gentle safety of a supportive community—held, witnessed, and encouraged as you move toward your creative and personal goals.
This virtual retreat offers a nurturing space for women to reflect, write, and heal while discovering deeper aspects of themselves. Together, we will honor the courage it takes to voice our sacred experiences and offer one another space for clarity, vulnerability, and growth.
Whether your path is rooted in a specific tradition or an evolving blend of beliefs, you’ll uncover and honor the unique threads of your spiritual narrative.

Sabrina holds a PhD in Mind-Body Medicine from Saybrook University, where her research focused on the use of guided imagery as a healing tool for African-American women with chronic STIs. She is also the founder of The Heart Nest Center for Peace and Healing, where she lovingly serves women, couples, and small groups.
A passionate storyteller, Dr. Sabrina is a strong advocate for the power of narrative in the healing process. She has supported countless women in shaping their spiritual memoirs into unique works of art.
